OneBook Customer FAQs

How do I book a pro on OneBook? Are there any hidden charges?

OneBook Fees

In order to book into a service pro's schedule, you must pay a booking deposit. The booking deposit is individually set by each service pro and guarantees that they will show up your location at the booked time.

The service cost/fee is dependent on the work performed and completed and can be invoiced to the customer in the app or handled outside of OneBook via the options given by the pro. The booking deposit will be deducted from the final invoice amount.
